Pricing Plugins
EstiMate's Pricing Plugins are how you can leverage EstiMate to really free up your time and effort in quoting, by providing specific pricing solutions for the different items you produce in your shop. Select the plugins that make the most sense for your shop and you can purchase them online, or by phone.
Common features to all plugins include:
Templates: one phenomenal new feature in EstiMate 2 is the addition of templates! Templates can be created in a plug-in simply by pricing an item the way you normally would, clicking the templates button, and choosing "save as template." This will build a fast list of one click quotes. So, for example, a novice user can drop down the list, select a template, click "upcharges," and add upcharges relevant to the job. This guarantees consistent quoting between employees and makes pricing much, much faster!
Every plug-in has the templates button built-in, as does the line item group screen. So now you can create a compilation of all your most common types of work. You can also start with a template and then change the parameters of a job (for example quantity, size or colors) and the job will recalculate based on the new parameters.
Upcharges: upcharges are a huge new feature in EstiMate 2. Every plug-in has an upcharges tab were you can enter any upcharges to a job. Upcharges are especially helpful for novice employees to quickly price a job. They are excellent for repeatable items such as difficult weeding, scanning and cleaning logos, etc.

For the first 60 days that you use any edition of EstiMate, all plugins will be unlocked for you. This way you can decide by using them which plugins make sense for your business. It is not necessary to purchase plugins with your initial edition purchase ... you can purchase them anytime within 60 days from placing your order. And don't worry, we'll contact you when it's time!
