Home → EstiMate Version 1 → Error Messages & Behavioral Problems → Why can't I print an estimate or job?
1. Try to print from another application. If you cannot print from any application you may need to update your printer drivers or consult your printer manufacturer.
2. If EstiMate is the only program that you cannot print from, do the following:
Click ok on the warning message. Press the close button on the preview screen.
Press the close icon on the estimate itself.
From the EstiMate main screen click management>repair/maintain data files and select the verify and rebuild button. Once the verify and rebuild process is complete, then open your estimate or job again and try to print.
The error should be fixed and you should be able to print as normal.
NOTE: If you get another error message like 'I/O error 21' for example when trying to repair/maintain the data,
then press OK on the error message, close EstiMate completely re-open it, and then click Management>Repair/Maintain and the verify/rebuild button again. This should resolve all errors. Try to print as normal.
