3.4. A required dll tutil32.dll cannot be found error?

When I try to start EstiMate I get an error that says A required dll tutil32.dll cannot be found how can I get EstiMate open again?

1. Make sure that your EstiMate data is backed up. If you have not backed it up recently. Find the EstiMate data folder and copy it to your desktop, My Documents, or save it to a high capacity drive like CD-Rom or Zip.
2. Place your EstiMate CD-Rom in your CD-Rom drive and re-install the program.
3. When you arrive at the "What to Install" screen select "Complete Installation". Complete the remainder of the wizard.
4. Attempt to open EstiMate. It should open with out error.
5. If you chose to overrite your existing data when you did the complete installation, you will want to close EstiMate and replace the default data with the data you backed up in step 1.
