3.8. Access Violation in Learning EstiMate Training Video?

When trying to watch my Learning EstiMate training video I get an error message saying Access Violation in Module Training Video.exe what do I do to get this working?

The problem lies in the shortcut to the program.

Solution: Review the shortcut properties and place the CD drive name in the "Start In" field.

Detailed Instructions:

1. Click Start > Programs > EstiMate > Doc's and Help. Find the Learning EstiMate (Requires CD) entry and RIGHT-CLICK on it. Select Properties from the menu.

2. Input your computer's CD-Rom drive in the Start In field. For example, if your computers CD-Rom drive is the "D" drive on the computer then you would enter D:\ in the Start In Field.

3. Press the apply and OK buttons.

4. Click Start > Programs > EstiMate > Doc's and Help > Learning EstiMate (Requires CD) the training video should start normally.
