3.113. Out of memory error when trying to print?
I get an error that says 'out of memory' when I try to print. How can I get EstiMate to print?
The error is happening due to a problem with the logo file you have imported into EstiMate. To test,
1. Click Management > Configure EstiMate > Your Logo. Click the 'clear logo' button and then the green OK checkmark.
2. Open your estimate or job and attempt to print.
3. If you are successful in printing, you will want to work with your logo in your graphics design software and get it down to a smaller size and a resolution of 300x300 pixels per inch or below.
