3.83. Features not showing in EstiMate?

Why is it that sometimes when I go to tweak an estimate, there are 5 sliders to work with, and other times, like this morning, there are only 2 sliders there? This happens quite often, what do I do?

This is due to security in the software. A password was set at some point to differentiate between adminstrator and user. When you see only two sliders you are in user mode. When you see all sliders you are in administrator mode.

If you want to go from user mode to admin mode easily double-click in the subtotal field or click Management > configure EstiMate or try to access some other management function.

You will be prompted for a password. Enter the password and you will then be in admin mode and can access the remaining sliders and other functions.

When you are through click management > advanced management > logoff administrator to return the software to the locked down user state.
