3.122. Record locked by another user?
We are unable to have two people quoting at the same time. We always get the error: 'Record Locked by Another User' when someone tries to open a new line item when someone else is in a quote. What do I do to get multiple quoting at the same time?
There are two possibilities:
1. Two users are trying to edit the same estimate at the same time. This is not allowed.
Solution: Close the estimate so the 2nd user can edit it.
2. Upgrade your software to 1.96 or better as previous versions had known issues with record locking and these have since been solved with 1.96.
