1.26. Is there a shortcut to printing and estimate or job?
It seems like there are many steps to get something printed. I have to click print > estimate and click a print icon several more times. Is there a shortcut to printing?
Yes. If you have not already done so upgrade your software to 1.96 or greater.
A shortcut to printing is now available directly from the open list.
1. Click Open.
2. Right-Click on the estimate or job you want to print.
3. Select print > estimate or if a job is chosen click print and then invoice, work order or job manifest.
Thats it. Printing directly from the open list.
