4.69. How do I enter multiple people/departments for the same company?

I have a large client that I do signage for that has many different people and departments. How do I enter the diverse contacts into the customers database in EstiMate?

The best way to enter multiple people/departments for the same company is to change the company name slightly for each one. For example:

1st entry is simply the company phone and fax numbers and the primary contact:

Company Name:
Ampersand Signs
Contact:
Johnathon Bakan
Phone:
828-274-7142 x 10
Fax: 828-274-4625
Address:
651 Caribou Road
Asheville, NC 28803

The 2nd entry has the customer name changed slightly:

Company Name:
Ampersand Signs - Mark Smith
Contact:
Mark- Sales Department
etc...

By changing the company name slightly EstiMate views it as a separate company and thus a unique database entry. More flexibility in this area is coming in EstiMate version 2, but for the moment this is how multiple contacts from the same company should be handled.
