HomeEstiMate Version 1How Do I...How do I get a more professional look on my estimate for cash customers?

4.87. How do I get a more professional look on my estimate for cash customers?

How do I get a more professional look on my estimates for cash customers? The 'one time customer cash sale'entry in the customer list appears unprofessional looking on the printed estimate and I end up having to write in the customers name which ruins the look. Any ideas?

Try this for a more professional look:
1. Edit the description from "One Time Customer Cash Sale" to read "New Customer" or "Cash Customer".
2. From the New EstiMate screen select New Customer from the client dropdown list and enter the customer's name in the Estimate Requested By field.
3. When done with the quote, click Print > estimate and click the print icon.

On the preview screen and on the printed estimate instead of 'One Time Customer Cash Sale' like you had before, you will see:
New Customer
Customer Name

A format that may appear more polished and professional.
