4.128. How do I price digitally printed garments with the thermal plugin?

How do I use EstiMate and Digital Printing to price T-Shirts etc, wit Gerber LT Foils?

1. Enter the shirts themselves in the retail items database, with associated cost and markup criteria.
2. Create a new estimate and click add item >Retail Items select the shirt stock input the quantity and click calculate total. Save the item. This will put your T-shirts on the quote.
3. Click Add Item > Digital Printing or Thermal Prints as it?s called in newer versions. Select your transfer material from the print media dropdown. If the print media is not in the list click the book icon on the right to add it.
4. Input the quantity height and width of the transfers.Select your machine (if running 1.94 or better) otherwise skip to step 5.
5. Click the ?prints will be installed onto signs in-house? checkbox this will add necessary production time to cover press time.
6. Select the desired foil(s), input copy or colors, adjust subjectives (if needed) click the calculate total button, and click the green OK checkmark to add to the quote.

Alternatively if the ?prints will be installed onto signs in-house? checkbox adds too little (or too much) time then you may wish to leave it unchecked and use the repeat labor plugin instead.
