2.10. EstiMate doesn't show the correct balance due ?

I collect $35 dollars as a standard deposit. When the balance due is less than $35, the balance due line will still say $35.
How do you get EstiMate to show the true dollar amount?

Answer: Adjust the minimum to take per order. Click Management > Configure EstiMate > Minimums. (Or in later versions Management > Configure EstiMate > Preferences). Adjust the minimum to take per order downward. EstiMate is designed to never price below the minimum order you have set in your configuration, hence if an estimate goes below that minimum, the software will adjust the price upward so the minimum you have setup is honored.
